Transportation Team for Conference 2016

Our team will start working from 5PM on Wednesday June 29th until 1PM July 1st

Our team will have people on the ground at airport to assist you from your baggage claim to hotel shuttle bus station

Hotel shuttle bus will rotate every 15 minutes

After conference on Sunday, you have to take hotel shuttle bus back to the airport by yourself. Hote shuttle bus is right in front of the hotel and it is leaving every 15 minutes.

If your arrival time and date before or after our team working, you have to go to hotel shuttle bus station by yourself. It is not that hard to locate the shuttle station.

The hotel is only about 1/2 mile from the airport.
