Mục sư Christian Phan Phước Lành đang hầu việc Chúa với chức vụ Giám Đốc Điều Hành của Liên Hội.  Gắn bó phục vụ cùng Liên Hội một thời gian dài với các chức vụ Chủ Tịch Liên Hội, Phó Chủ Tịch, Tổng Thư Ký, Thư Ký đầu tiên của Cơ Quan Truyền Giáo (VMB) và là Giáo sư của Viện Thần Học từ 2005. Youth Pastor (2000-2002), Quản Nhiệm HTBT Sống Đạo, MD (2003-2004), Quản Nhiệm HTBT Agape (2004-2022).  

Ông tốt nghiệp Cử Nhân Khoa Học, Cao Học Thần Đạo, Tiến Sĩ Giáo Dục. Ông là tác giả của 5 quyển sách và hai thi tập.  

Hiện ông cùng vợ, dược sĩ Phan-Tăng Ái, và hai con trai, Christian Phan Phước Lâm (17 tuổi) và Theodore Phan Phước Luân (15 tuổi) đang cư ngụ tại Gulf Breeze, vùng Tây Bắc Florida.

Rev. Christian Phan is serving as the Executive Director of the Vietnamese Baptist Union. He was the first person to serve in this office. Served with the Union for a long time in the positions of President, Vice President, General Secretary, first Secretary of the Vietnamese Mission Board and professor of Vietnamese Baptist Theological Seminary since 2005, Youth Pastor (2000-2002), Sr. Pastor 2003-2022).  

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Education. He is the author of five books and two poetry collections.

His family, wife, Ai Phan-Tang, and two sons, Christian Phuoc Lam Phan (17 years old) and Theodore Phuoc Luan Phan, (15 years old) lives in Gulf Breeze, Northwest Florida.
