Below are important informations for your registration

• Last day of registration for Conference 25 - 2009: 6/22/2009
• Last day to register to receive discount: 4/30/2009
  • Discount $20 for Rev. / Mrs.
  • Discount $10 for everyone
  • Discount can only be applied to registration with whole package
• When you register for a whole package for 4 people, if you have more than 4, please register the first 4, then email to contact the Registration team the name, year of birth the rest of your group, so we can add in for you.
• Each hotel room can be occupied up to 4 people
• Each hotel room will accomodate 2 queen beds
• If you plan to stay at the hotel the days before or after the conference, please contact the Registration Team for more information. The cost will be $87/night/room
• In case if you need to cancel your registration, we will give you a full refund if you request in writing before 6/22/2009
• If you register after the deadline, which is 6/22/2009, then please come to Conference to register. However, we do not guarantee room and meals

  • Registration Fee:
    • 0 - 17 years old: Free
    • 18 + : $30
  • Hotel Room: $260 / room / 3 nights
  • Meals (9 meals):
    • 0 - 3 years old: Free
    • 4 - 12 years old: $40
    • 13+: $80
• You asmust register EVERYONE in your group, even a baby in order to receive meal tickets
