Your arrival aiport will be Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). We only provide service at Ronald Regan Washington.

• Hotel: Crystal Gateway Marriott - 1700 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202
• It is 2 miles NW from the airport to the hotel.
• Complimentary airport shuttle service provided.
  • Airport Shuttle Service runs 5am to midnight every 30 min. Last hotel departure at 11:30pm.
  • From Terminal Baggage Claim, proceed outside to hotel shuttle services pickup and drop off.  Look for a van with Crystal Gateway logo on the front door.

Important: The conference hotel is CRYSTAL GATEWAY MARRIOT. Its sister hotel is Crystal City Marriot, which is only a couple minutes away. Both hotels use the same shuttle so please pay attention to which stop you are getting off of. The shuttle will stop at at Crystal City first then it will proceed to Crystal Gateway.
