Since the registration is now closed and if you still want to register to attend the conference. We suggest you come to the conference and make your registration there.

Information you need to know before making your registration

Every full package registraion with full paid BEFORE 02/28/2016, will automatically enter a drawing contest with following prize:

One (1) discount coupon of 100% registration fee for full package for next year conference 32, 2017 for any registration with no more than 4 people (This discount will include hotel fee, registration fee, meal. This coupon does not include transportation expenses)

Last day for registration is: June 20th, 2016
Last day to receive discount: April 30th, 2016
- Discount $25 for pastor, missionaries.
- Discount $15 for everyone else
- Discount only be used for full package registration
- If your registration have more than 4 people, please register the first 4 people, then contact our registration team to add more people.
Each hotel room can only accomodate maximum of 4 people
In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of 100% if you make the request by May 15, 2016. If request cancellation from May 16, 2016 to June 20, 2016, you will receive hotel fee and meal fee back, your registration fee will not refund. If cancellation make after June 20, 2016, no refund.
After June 20th, 2016, please come to the conference to make your registration. We will not able to provide meal and hotel room for you.

- Regisration Fee:
  - 0 - 1: $0 (Free T-Shirt)
  - 2 - 5 years old: $5 (Free T-Shirt)
  - 6 - 12 years old: $15 (Free T-Shirt)
  - 13 + years old : $35
- Hotel Fee: $330 / room / 3 nights
- Hotel fee before and after conference: $110/room/night
- Meal Fee (9 meals):
  - 0 - 3 years old: Free
  - 4 - 12 years old: $50
  - 13+ years old: $85
Even if you have a small child under 2 years old, you are still required to register in order to receive meal tickets

Important Information:

This year, the hotel can only accomodate 110 hotel rooms with double-bed. Therefore, we urge you to register early. We will reserve the double-bed rooms to those who register early and paid in full.
