We would like to take this opportunity to thank you to those who have registered to attend this Conference 28. Because of numerous requests for shuttle service from BWI (Baltimore Washington Internation Airport), the Transportation Team has decided to extend our shuttle service to BWI airport. We are still provide shuttle service from Dulles Airport, but we are also provding shuttle service to BWI airport. However, Dulles airport is still a primary airport to arrive, if for some reasons, you have to arrive in BWI airport, then please read an important information below regarding to your pick-up and drop-off service. The Transportation Team has rented a commercial bus for about 55 seats. We are able to use this bus for only one route. So there will be only 1 trip to pickup and 1 trip to drop-off. We will pickup at BWI airport at 4:00 PM on Wednesday July 4, 2012. If you will arrive before 4:00 PM, please find a place in the airport to rest. If you will arrive afer 4:00 PM, you will have to arrange your own transportation. On departure day, the bus will leave the hotel at 1:00 PM on July 7, 2012. to BWI airport. If you plan to leave with the bus, please be at the bus stop 1:00 PM sharp. Remember: if you need shuttle service, you are required to fill out transportation request form and submit it to us.
